Background

Our busy urban lifestyle choices take a toll on our mental and physical health. Increased awareness and slight modifications through informed choices can go a long way in improving our holistic wellbeing. The outbreak of the novel coronavirus Covid-19 pandemic brought human beings across the world together. We were all forced to slow down, reflect and reconsider our choices. Paused modern amenities and distant luxurious distractions forced us to face our truth. A large number of us also had time to reconnect with our food. And focus on our wellbeing. Food For Thought aims to address just that.

Food For Thought

A series of conversations around food, our bodies and our minds. Each session, we address pressing issues around our systemic health and discuss holistic solutions for a healthier and happier lifestyle. We’ve welcomed guests from all over the world to our virtual workshops including the US, UK, Belgium, France, Italy, Netherlands, Ghana, The UAE, Singapore and South Korea. Our speaker partners are established practising professionals in the fields of medicine and nutrition. The themes range from food and women’s health including polycystic ovaries (PCOS/PCOD), PMS, eating for fertility, eating for feeding, food choices and menopause to mindful and intuitive eating, food and mood and emotional eating.
